Privacy Notice on the Processing of Personal Data
This is an English translation for reference. In case of any difference, the Turkish text prevails.
1. Data controller

2. Personal data we process
What you send through the request forms, live chat, email, phone and WhatsApp: name, role/department, work phone, work email, your company, district and the details of your request; plus the page the form was sent from, the date and time, and a one-way hash of your IP address to prevent abuse.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
- Running the survey, proposal and contract process and contacting you — directly related to entering into or performing a contract (Art. 5/2-c).
- Keeping a record of requests, tracking service quality, preventing spam and abuse — legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
- Invoicing and statutory record-keeping — expressly provided for by law and legal obligation (Art. 5/2-a, ç).
- Campaign and new-service announcements — only with your explicit consent, if you tick the optional box on the form (Art. 5/1). Commercial electronic messages follow Law No. 6563 and the Message Management System (İYS) rules; you can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Transfers
Your personal data may be shared, only for the purposes above, with the MyCarePlus operations team, our accounting and legal advisers, and competent public authorities. Because our form infrastructure and email service run on servers of service providers located abroad (in the European Union), data may be transferred abroad under the safeguards in Article 9 of the Law.
5. Collection method and retention
Data is collected electronically through the web form, email, phone and messaging channels. Requests that do not become contracts are kept for up to 2 years; contract and invoice records are kept for the period required by law. After that, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
6. Your rights (Art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know who it is transferred to; to ask for it to be corrected if incomplete or inaccurate, and deleted when the legal conditions are met; to ask that these actions be notified to recipients; to object to a result against you arising from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Send your request in writing, with information that verifies your identity, to the address above or to info@mycareplusgroup.com. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
7. Cookies and measurement
The only thing the site stores by necessity is your choices (cookie consent, campaign source) in your browser. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) measurement tools and Microsoft Clarity (page-usage analysis; form fields are masked) load only if you choose Accept in the cookie banner (explicit consent, Art. 5/1). If you consented, your email and phone may be sent to Meta, only as a one-way SHA-256 hash, to measure our ads when you send a request. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser; the banner will then appear again.
