Welcome to the MyCarePlus Application. The application is owned and operated by MyCarePlus Pty Ltd (ABN 21 623 357 246), an Australian company providing house cleaning and related services in Turkey. By accessing or using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
MyCarePlus connects users with cleaning professionals for house cleaning and similar services. Although we verify service providers, we are not responsible for the behavior or performance of independent contractors.
Before any service begins, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the property, furniture, appliances, fixtures, personal belongings, and any valuable or fragile items are in a suitable and safe condition.
MyCarePlus is not responsible for any damage, defect, breakage, stains, wear and tear, malfunction, or deterioration that existed before our team entered the property or began the service. This includes, but is not limited to, already broken furniture, loose fixtures, unstable shelves, damaged appliances, cracked surfaces, weak materials, existing stains, water damage, mold, pest-related damage, or any item that was already in poor condition.
The customer must inform MyCarePlus before the service of any known issues, risks, fragile items, valuable items, unsafe areas, damaged furniture, unstable objects, restricted areas, or special instructions related to the property. MyCarePlus may take photos or videos before, during, or after the service for quality control, safety, and dispute-resolution purposes.
If the actual condition of the property is different from the information provided during booking, MyCarePlus has the right to refuse the service, stop the service, reschedule the service, adjust the service price, or charge additional fees where necessary.
If a customer provides false, misleading, or incomplete information about the property, service requirements, safety conditions, or existing damage, the customer may be held responsible for any resulting costs, losses, damages, delays, staff safety risks, or legal claims. MyCarePlus reserves the right to take legal action and seek compensation where false information, misrepresentation, or bad-faith claims cause damage to the company, its staff, contractors, or service providers.
Customers are responsible for securing all personal belongings, valuables, cash, jewelry, gold, documents, electronics, or any other valuable or sensitive items before the service begins.
MyCarePlus is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, missing, or unsecured items unless it is clearly proven that the loss was directly caused by intentional misconduct or negligence of MyCarePlus staff or service providers.
Customers are strongly advised to remove, lock away, or safely store all valuable items before allowing service providers to enter the property. Any claim regarding missing items must be reported immediately with clear supporting evidence.
All content, logos, designs, and technology in the application are owned by or licensed to MyCarePlus Pty Ltd. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the application.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published in the application. Continued use of the application means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
